• We accept walk-ins or you can schedule an appointment online here.
• Critical patients will always be seen first, followed by appointments and then walk-ins.
• Payment for your exam may be due at time of check-in.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Credit Card (+ 3.5% fee), Cherry, and Care Credit.

• During your appointment, our staff will get a complete medical history and perform a thorough examination.
• Based on the exam and presenting concerns, our staff will discuss recommended diagnostics and treatment options.
• We value transparency – we will always provide you a detailed estimate for any services recommended.
• Once a diagnostic/treatment plan is agreed upon, our team will work to offer your pet the highest quality veterinary care and support, keeping you informed along the way.

• The doctor will provide you with discharge instructions regarding any after-care for your pet via email. If you have any questions or feel you may need further support once leaving, please call our office.
• As an outpatient facility, our goal is to get your pet home where they are comfortable. If they need further care, we will facilitate the next steps with you.
• In some cases, we may need to refer you to an emergency hospital for additional care. We want to ensure that your pet receives all necessary treatment to fully-resolve their urgent health issues.
